Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, the deposit can be applied towards your next appointment.
Allergies & Sensitivities
If you have any known eye sensitivities or allergies, especially related to products used during your treatment, please inform us upon arrival. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for you.
Lash Concerns
Should you experience excessive lash shedding or any other issues, kindly inform us within 5 days of your appointment. This will allow us to provide a complimentary touch-up. After this time frame, additional charges will apply.
Timeliness
Arriving on Time: We value your time and ours. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you, but there may be a possibility that we won’t be able to proceed with the treatment. In such cases, please notify us immediately at +31 6 26554512.
Late Arrivals: If we are unable to complete the service due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full 100% treatment cost. Failure to settle this payment will prevent you from booking future appointments with us.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time via the link in your confirmation email. Failure to reschedule within this period will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment.
No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations: If you fail to show up or cancel on the same day, you will be charged the full treatment cost. Frequent no-shows may restrict your ability to book future appointments with us.
Pre-Appointment Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes, free from any makeup, oils, or product residue. This includes mascara, eyeliner, foundation, concealer, and lash glue. Proper preparation will ensure the best possible results.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the studio. We’re happy to make adjustments, or, if necessary, we will offer a complimentary lash removal.
Refill Eligibility
To qualify for a lash refill, you should have at least 40% of your lashes intact, and the refill should be scheduled within 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. If more than 60% of your lashes have shed, a full set will be required. Depending on availability, we may need to reschedule or, if time allows, we will proceed with a full set at the full set price.

Guests
For a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment. We kindly ask that you come alone.
